This notice will remain in place until such time that we no longer rely on any of our legacy site's functionality.

As we transitioned over to a new platform to host our website, we were able to migrate most account information.

So what do you need to know, and what steps do you need to take?

• Your login "user name" from our old site was not retained - although your Fragapalooza Gamer Tag was preserved, so don't worry.
  
  What does this mean to me?
  • Your login "user name" for this new site is the email address you registered with us.
  • Your password, for obvious security reasons, was not transferable. You will need to complete the "Forgot My Password?" link on the profile dropdown to create a new password for you to use.
    • We have also modernized our login procedures, implementing mandatory 2-factor authentication, and by default, your registered email address is one method automatically selected for you.

As we release updated content from the legacy site to this new site, the systems, and related links will be updated to reflect that. We will do our best to inform you as these releases are made.

With each release, the content will be adjusted or reflected in the new site, and the old legacy systems will no longer be synced:

• You will have two "logins" that will be unrelated now since the launch of this new site. You must maintain each password separately, as we cannot sync them.
  • Your legacy login on the current legacy site
  • Your new login on this site
• However, your account history has been brought over from the legacy site, including things like payment history and clan membership since the inception of the modern Fragapalooza website (2015 event onward)
• DATE OF BIRTH - Our legacy site had issues keeping your DATE OF BIRTH correct and would sometimes subtract days when you visited your profile. Please review your DATE OF BIRTH and update your new profile if it requires correction. This is key for our demographic reporting, so we would appreciate this action.

We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our website and do everything we can to ensure nothing is overlooked or untested. However, with all new endeavors comes the potential for something to be missed.
