How do seat reservations work?

Fragapalooza has a few ways to reserve your seats.

  1. Early Bird Tickets - by buying these when available, one of the bonuses you will receive is an early seat selection date
  2. Standard Tickets - by buying a ticket, you will be able to select your seat once general seating selection is released
  3. Clan Reservations - as Fragapalooza has a long-standing relationship with Gaming Clans, both new and returning, we offer a period where Clans can submit their reservations to be held for a defined timeframe, allowing their members to select their seats. NOTE: Clans are self-managed by gamers themselves through the Clan Management page.
How do I transfer a ticket?

You may have purchased a Clan pack of tickets or multiple tickets, and we have the ability to transfer those to another gamer. To do so:

  • Your ticket must be completely purchased, not in a pending order state
  • The gamer you wish to transfer a ticket to must have a fully created Fragapalooza.com account
  • You will need to know their Frag ID or Gamer Tag to send them the ticket, which they can find on their profile
  • The recipient must accept the transfer on their login once you have sent it
When can I select a seat?

Your purchased ticket(s) will have a selection date on them, and when that date comes to pass, you may then select a seat.

What are Clan Reservations and their requirements?
  • Clan must exist, have members, and must have been accepted by Fragapalooza as an acceptable Clan Name
  • Reservation requests must include proof that at least 50% of the requested seats are paid for.
    EXAMPLE: If you're reserving 8 seats, you need at least 4 paid to be eligible.
  • Reservations are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • In case of a seating conflict, priority will go to clans with a higher percentage of paid seats.

Clan Reservations can be submitted through our Contact form. We start accepting these once announcements for them have been made, so please keep your eye on our social media and emails for details when we are open for Clan Reservations.

What is 'Overflow'?

You may also see sections reserved for Overflow. As our ticket sales grow, we may need to open more seats for gamers. As a not-for-profit, we have to be financially responsible to keep our ticket costs down for everyone, so while our floor plan may show room for so many seats, we reserve sections as Overflow as we monitor our sales.

Just like a concert, we may open up more sections as those numbers begin to indicate a need.
